Capital Investment Properties is a wholly owned subsidiary of Universal Benefits Marketing, Inc. Capital Investment was founded in 2000 for the purpose of providing beautiful properties in  South Carolina with concentration in Sumter and Richland counties. During our 20 year tenure, we’ve grown from 10 properties to over 100 properties which include Investment properties, single family homes and executive series homes

Military? Don't worry. We have rentals that will make your commute to Shaw AFB short and convienent. Some service members are looking for rentals before they even arrive to Sumter and that's where we come in! Capital provides A+ communication in order to find you a property and make your transition as easy as possible. We service approximately 150 tentants with a full time administrative staff and dedicated mantienance crew which included cooling/heating services 24/7.
