Are the properties for rent only?

No. After a 2-year lease, you may have the option to buy.

Is there an application fee?

Yes, the application is $100 which is non-refundable. You can access our online application here. 

Will my rental property be insured?

Although it isn’t mandatory, we encourage each tenant to secure renter’s insurance on their own.

Do you deal with military service members?

 Yes! You will find that a lot of our properties are in perfect locations for a short commute to Shaw AFB.

What happens if my property needs maintenance?

You will be given all the contacts you need for your maintenance and/or emergency needs. We have full time administrative staff and dedicated maintenance crew which included cooling/heating services 24/7. 

How do I pay my rent?

Payments can be accepted through our online portal. You may also mail in or drop off a money order, cash, or bank check to our physical location. 

Do you allow pets?

Pets are allowed upon approval.

What’s the process of terminating a lease?

You may terminate your lease with military orders OR providing a written document 30 days in advance once lease has expired.
